"the sky is falling in..."

"For a seed to achieve it's greatest expression, it must come completely undone. The shell cracks it's insides come out and everything changes. To someone who doesn't understand growth it would look like complete destruction."

This message stood out to me yesterday among the torrent of negative tweets, FB post, mainstream media news, with the chicken little narrative of let's tell the world the "the sky is falling in."

Over past decade I have been privileged by working with people for personal and professional transformation I've seen all sorts of people overcome set backs, major challenges and trauma. What has been fascinating and inspiring to me is in the face of the challenges is the people who have the greatest tendency to overcome them are the ones who are most prepared to change themselves (and not everything they are up against).

Yes to achieve our greatest expression we out-grow the old Self and destroying what was keeping or potential locked up. Breaking through limiting beliefs, re-programming negative patterns, dissolving old paradigms and creating new healthy and positive ones. Because let go of that old self and all that goes with it , emerging hold a new vision for ourselves, family/loved ones, community, humanity and the world at large.

This is not only Inspirational and empowering, it's the start of a new reality in the way we want. Starting with ourselves and where we are right now!

We become the mighty Oak tree that came from acorn that hit chicken little on the head, alerting him that the world that he knew will end and a better one is taking it's place.
