The Inner Compass
For founders and leaders navigating the gap between who they have been and who they need to become
Most of the founders and leaders I work with are not short of drive, knowledge, or strategy.
What they are short of is orientation.
Something has shifted in the relationship between who they are and what they are building. The work and the values have drifted apart. The vision they started with no longer quite matches the person they have become. The decisions feel slower than they should, the energy thinner, and there is a persistent sense that something is off even when the external results suggest otherwise.
The Inner Compass is the framework I use to locate that shift and restore clear direction.
It works across five bearings: Inner Authority, True North, Field of Contribution, Spiritual Ground, and Rhythm and Restoration. Together they give a precise picture of where you are, what is pulling you off course, and which direction is genuinely yours.
There are two ways to work with it, depending on where you find yourself.
Where do you find yourself right now?

You are still delivering. The work is still happening. The business is still moving.
What has changed is something underneath that. The thread connecting the work to the why has frayed. Decisions that used to come naturally are taking more out of you than they should. The direction that felt clear feels less certain. You are working just as hard and getting less back from it.
This tends to happen when the person doing the work has outgrown the version of themselves that started it. The misalignment is real. It has a specific location. Finding it is what the work is for.
Find Your Bearing
For the founder who has lost their orientation
How it works
Before we meet, you complete a structured questionnaire that maps where you are acrossfive key areas of the Inner Compass and surfaces the patterns running beneath the surface. It maps where you are across all five bearings of the Inner Compass and surfaces the patterns running beneath the surface.
Then we have one live session together. This is a precise, structured conversation at the moment where clarity matters most. You leave knowing where the misalignment is and which direction is genuinely yours.
After the session you receive your personal calibration document, built around your specific responses, and a Compass Card: a single page you can return to throughout the year.
What shifts
People who complete Find Your Bearing describe moving from a kind of fog to a clear reading. Decisions that were slow become straightforward. Work that had started to feel heavy becomes purposeful again, not because the circumstances changed, but because the orientation did.

You know what needs to happen. You have known for a while.
You can see the next level clearly. The problem is not information or intention. There is something that keeps stopping you just before you commit: a pull toward what is familiar, a voice questioning whether you are ready, a pattern of getting close and then finding a reason to wait.
In founders and leaders, this tends to look less like paralysis and more like playing it safe. Staying in the work you know rather than stepping into the work that is calling you. Performing confidently while something quieter keeps raising questions about whether you actually belong at the next level.
That pattern has a specific location and a specific cause. The work is about finding it.
Break the Ceiling
For the founder hitting the same invisible wall
How it works
We work directly with the identity block using Earl's NLP-based frameworks alongside the Inner Compass. This includes the patterns holding the ceiling in place, whether that is impostor phenomenon, competing values, or a narrative about who you are that no longer fits who you are becoming.
The work is targeted. You leave with a clear understanding of what the ceiling was, what was holding it in place, and what has changed.
What shifts
The wall that kept reappearing stops appearing. The decision you had been deferring becomes straightforward. The version of you that could not quite commit to the next step is replaced by one that can.

Not Sure Which One?
If you are reading both of these and not sure which one describes where you are, send a message. A short conversation usually makes it clear.info@creativemuscle.co.uk

What Comes Next
Both offers are complete in themselves. Many people find that one session is exactly what they needed.
For those who want to go deeper, the natural next step is a three-month container: six sessions, WhatsApp support, and the Inner Compass as the foundation throughout. If that becomes relevant, Earl raises it when the time is right.
