What we collect

If you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address and message so we can reply. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to you, and we keep enquiries for up to 24 months. We don't ask for sensitive information through this website, so please don't include health or other personal details in your message.

Cookies

Some cookies are essential for the site to work. With your consent, we also use Wix's own analytics to understand how the site is used. We don't use advertising trackers. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies when you arrive, and change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link at the foot of each page.

Who we share it with

Our website is hosted by Wix, which stores contact form messages on our behalf. Wix is based outside the UK, and transfers are protected by approved safeguards. We may share information with professional advisers, or where the law requires it. We never sell your data.

Marketing

We won't add you to a mailing list without your agreement, and every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing privacy@creativemuscle.co.uk. We'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first, as we have a complaints process for exactly this. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
