Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to Find Your Bearing and Break the Ceiling, delivered by Creative Muscle Ltd of Sevenoaks, Kent, United kingdom (“Creative Muscle”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By booking and paying for either offer, you (“the Client”, “you”) confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
1. The Service
Find Your Bearing and Break the Ceiling each include: a 30-minute intake conversation, a calibration questionnaire completed in advance, a personalised calibration output prepared from your responses and delivered before your session, a 60-minute calibration session with your Guide, your Compass Card, and a 30-day follow-up conversation (30 minutes).
2. Booking & Payment
Sessions are booked and paid for via TidyCal. Payment of the full fee is required at the time of booking to confirm your place. [CONFIRM: full payment at booking, no instalment option for this offer.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may reschedule your calibration session with at least 48 hours’ notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
If you cancel before your calibration session has taken place and with more than 48 hours’ notice. full refund less a £40 administration fee.
Non-refundable once the calibration questionnaire has been completed.
4. Recording & Data Processing
Your calibration session may be recorded for transcription and note-taking purposes, to support the accuracy of your calibration output. Recordings are stored securely and are not shared outside Creative Muscle Ltd, other than with the trusted third-party providers listed in Section 5. By proceeding with your booking, you consent to this recording.
5. How We Use Your Information
We collect the information you provide when booking and completing your calibration questionnaire, including your responses to reflective questions, in order to prepare your personalised calibration output and deliver your session. Creative Muscle Ltd is the data controller for this information, in line with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
We use the following trusted platforms to deliver this service:

Notion — storing your responses securely ahead of your session

MailerLite — sending your session materials and calibration output

Fireflies.ai — session transcription, where recording applies
These providers process your data on our behalf, under their own security and privacy terms.
If, in your questionnaire responses or during your session, you choose to share information about your health, including mental health, we treat this as special category data under UK GDPR and rely on your explicit consent, given by proceeding with this engagement, to process it as part of your work with us. You are never required to disclose this information.
We retain your personal data for [NUMBER] following your engagement, in line with our professional and statutory record-keeping obligations.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). To exercise these rights, contact privacy@creativemuscle.co.uk
6. Confidentiality
What you share in your questionnaire and session is treated as confidential. We will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except where anonymised and identity-removed examples are used for the Guide’s own training or consultation purposes, or where disclosure is required by law, including where there is a risk of serious harm to you or another person.
7. Not a Substitute for Professional Care
This service does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of any mental health condition, and is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, medical care, or financial, legal, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for seeking independent professional advice where needed, and for decisions you make in connection with this work.
8. Intellectual Property
The Inner Compass methodology, your calibration output, the Compass Card, and all related frameworks and materials remain the intellectual property of Creative Muscle Ltd. They are provided for your personal use and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent.
9. Liability
We deliver this service with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with this engagement is limited to the fees you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking applies to your engagement.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer habitually resident outside England and Wales, this clause does not remove any protection you are entitled to under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which you are resident.
