TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Retreat: Inner Guru — Men's Wellness and Leadership Retreat

Host: Earl Talbot, Creative Muscle Ltd
Venue: Anahata Wellbeing Resort, Koh Samui, Thailand


Duration: 8 nights

1. WHAT IS INCLUDED
Your retreat fee includes:
- 8 nights' single occupancy accommodation in your chosen room category

- 5-day juice cleanse / liquid fast programme 
- Daily massage during the cleanse period
- Reiki session
- Yoga and meditation sessions on non-fasting days

- Somatic and breathwork sessions
- Return airport transfers (Koh Samui airport to Anahata)
- All meals, juices and beverages during the cleanse period
- Breakfast on non-cleanse days

2. WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
- International flights to and from Koh Samui
- Travel insurance (mandatory — see Section 7)
- Meals and beverages outside the retreat programme
- Personal expenses and optional extras
- Visa costs (if applicable)

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Retreat fees per person:
- Superior Bungalow: £1,995
- Superior Poolside Bungalow: £2,095
- Deluxe Bungalow: £2,195

Payment options:
A) Full payment at booking

B) Deposit of £500 at booking, with the balance paid in full no later than 8 weeks before the retreat start date

 

C) Payment plan — deposit of £500 at booking, followed by agreed instalments. The total retreat fee under a payment plan includes an administrative premium of £160, which is added to the standard fee. All instalments must be completed no later than 8 weeks before the retreat start date.
 

A place is only confirmed once the deposit or full payment has been received and cleared.
 

Late payment: If any instalment or the balance is not received by the agreed date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain all monies paid to date.
 

We may, at our discretion, offer an early booking incentive from time to time. Where an early bird price is advertised, it applies to bookings made and paid in full by the stated deadline.

Early bird pricing cannot be combined with payment plans.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS — CLIENT

All cancellations must be made in writing by email to earl@creativemuscle.co.uk.

- 90 days or more before the retreat start date: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit (£500) and a £50 administration fee.

- 60–89 days before the retreat start date: 50% refund of the total retreat fee paid.

- Fewer than 60 days before the retreat start date: No refund.

The deposit is non-refundable in all circumstances.

If you cancel within the no-refund period, you may transfer your place to another person (subject to our approval and completion of the new participant's registration forms). Name changes must be notified at least 14 days before the retreat start date.

Alternatively, at our discretion, we may offer a credit toward a future retreat valid for 12 months from the original retreat date. Credits are not guaranteed and are assessed case by case.

5. CANCELLATION BY US

This retreat requires a minimum of 4 confirmed participants to proceed. If we do not reach the minimum number, we reserve the right to cancel the retreat up to 8 weeks before the start date.

If we cancel the retreat for any reason (including insufficient numbers), you will receive a full refund of all monies paid. We are not liable for any additional costs you may incur, such as flights or travel insurance.

We also reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary, schedule, or programme due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, facilitator illness, venue availability). We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.

6. FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure is due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemic, government travel restrictions, terrorism, war, civil unrest, or extreme weather.

In the event of force majeure, we will offer to reschedule the retreat or provide a credit for a future retreat. Cash refunds are not available in force majeure circumstances.

7. TRAVEL INSURANCE — MANDATORY

You are required to arrange comprehensive travel insurance that covers:
- Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
- Trip cancellation and curtailment
- Personal accident and liability
- Coverage for the destination (Thailand)

You must provide proof of travel insurance no later than 4 weeks before the retreat start date. Failure to provide proof may result in cancellation of your booking with no refund.

8. HEALTH, FITNESS AND MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

This retreat includes a juice cleanse / liquid fast, yoga, breathwork, somatic practices, and massage. These activities are voluntary.

By booking, you confirm that:
- You are in good general health and able to participate in the activities described
- You have disclosed any medical conditions, medications, allergies, or dietary requirements on your registration form
- You understand that the retreat is not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy
- You accept full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing during the retreat

If you have any of the following conditions, you must seek medical clearance before attending: heart disease, diabetes, eating disorder history, kidney or liver conditions, pregnancy, or any condition that may be affected by fasting or physical activity.

We reserve the right to exclude you from specific activities if we believe your health or safety is at risk.

9. LIABILITY WAIVER

You participate in all retreat activities at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Earl Talbot and Creative Muscle Ltd accept no liability for:
- Personal injury, illness, or death (except where caused by our negligence)
- Loss or damage to personal property
- Travel delays, missed connections, or changes to flights
- The acts or omissions of third-party suppliers (venue, transport providers)

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. BEHAVIOUR AND CODE OF CONDUCT

We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, or endangers others, without refund.

11. PHOTOGRAPHY AND MEDIA

We may take photographs and video during the retreat for documentation and marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify us in writing before the retreat. You will have the opportunity to opt out on your registration form.

12. DATA PROTECTION

Creative Muscle Ltd is the data controller. We process your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR. Your data will be shared with Anahata Wellbeing Resort and relevant third-party suppliers (e.g. transport providers) solely for the purpose of delivering the retreat.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. ACCEPTANCE

By paying the deposit or full retreat fee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
