It's not the tools that do the work, they enable you to do the work.
"The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and science.” -Albert Einstein
Today I had an interesting conversation with someone who recently discovered the transformational work I do and wanted to know more about it. She had look at my Creative Muscle website and saw I had studied NLP and went on to explain that she had recently met a coach/trainer who informed her that after also studying NLP herself she found that NLP didn't work an wasn't scientifically proven and wanted to know my opinion about that.
Now at this point I would like to point out 2 things:
1. Whilst I have invested much time and money studying NLP (and other training) it's an invaluable tool to use, however I'm not an "NLPer".
2. In many instances science has proven facts that in later years have been proven contrary to the original findings, this does not diminish science, but rather reflects science is dynamic and evolving.
My response was focused on that the best trainers I have had (from all sorts of disciplines) have shown me that the framework and technology are just that "frameworks" and "technologies." Just like the paint brush, easle, and paints cannot paint the picture without you: It's not the tools that do the work, they enable you to do the work.

Re-Member that in the mysterious place outside your comfort zone is where transformation begins.
